Jurisdictional Restrictions

Access to the member portal and participation in opportunities are restricted by jurisdiction. The Platform is not directed at, and may not be used by, persons in any jurisdiction where such access or participation would be unlawful or would require the club to hold a licence or registration it does not hold.

Restricted jurisdictions

Persons resident in, or accessing the Platform from, jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions programmes, or jurisdictions identified by the administration as restricted, are not eligible for membership. The current list is maintained by the administration and applied automatically at onboarding and at each sign-in.

Opportunity-level restrictions

Individual opportunities may carry additional restrictions by country, investor type or tier. These are shown in the portal and enforced before an allocation can be confirmed.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for confirming that your use of the Platform and any participation is lawful in your jurisdiction and for complying with any local reporting or tax obligations.

Changes

Restrictions may change at any time in response to legal or regulatory developments. Where a change affects an existing member, the administration will notify the member and explain the effect on open positions.
